Shipping/Return

Thank you for shopping with Shadow + Willow, before you purchase an item please make sure you read the description. If you are unsure about the product, contact info@shadownwillow.com for any questions. 

 

SHIPPING: 

After your payment is verified, please allow 1 to 2 days for us to ship the items. You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order and an email containing your tracking number when your order is shipped out.

Orders placed on Friday after 6PM (CDT), will be shipped out on Monday. 

*If you live in Abilene, please let me know, so I can hand deliver your order the same day. 

EXCHANGES:

  • We do not accept exchanges on any clearance, final sale items, jewelries and accessories
  • We only replace items (other than above) if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please e-mail us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We are using standard USPS international shipping which is the cheapest and will save you so much money, it will come with tracking number however the tracking number is limited. after your package is arrived to your destination country the tracking will stop, so please if you are waiting for your package, and after a few days your package is still not arrive, please go to your local post office and check.

International standard shipping can take between 2-6 weeks depends on where you live, we are doing our best to ship out your package in 2 business days, once your package is shipped, we are not responsible anymore, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to take it to you. 

If you want faster shipping, you can choose other carriers such as: DHL, USPS priority International, etc. Package usually arrived in 3-6 days after leaving the warehouse.

RETURN:

Your satisfaction is very important to us, but if you are unhappy with the products (for jewelry please read below), we gladly accept return within 14 days for new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt. Refunds are made in the form of original payment, once we received and inspected the product, we will send you an email that the product is received, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will submit the refund within 48 hours of applicable request. The time it takes for the money to return to your bank account will depend on your bank.

  • Please email info@shadownwillow.com for return approval. 
  • All FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We have 14 days policy for non jewelries items, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

FOR JEWELRIES: NO RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR EARRINGS. Other than earrings, please contact us in 24 hours after receiving your order for return. After 24 hours we won't be able to do return.
